I went ahead and ordered my MiSTer FPGA system Fully loaded, see details below! Acid green is the flavor I picked.  

I also ordered a Small Sony CRT to go with it as well as my other Commodore and Amiga. This is a project in progress and of course it took a while to get everything in and tested.

The possibilities for fun seem limitless when it comes to this one. Frankly if this pans out it might have been the only hardware I need have purchased. For the Full effect of nostalgia I have no regrets and as it turns out, actual hardware still seems to be the most reliable way of exploring.
